Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern the use and purchase of services offered on the Easy Video Generator platform (“the Platform”). By using the Platform, the user accepts these T&Cs without reservation.
2. Services Provided
- Generate videos from royalty-free clips sourced from external libraries (Pexels, Pixabay, Coverr, Wikimedia Commons).
- Generate videos from AI videos (Runway) or from images/videos uploaded by the user.
- Add text manually entered or generated by AI (ChatGPT) to the video.
- Add AI-generated voiceovers.
- Upload a logo and/or background music.
3. User Responsibility
3.1 Uploaded Files
The user remains solely responsible for any files uploaded to the Platform (images, videos, music, logos, texts). The user warrants that they hold all necessary rights (copyright, neighboring rights, image rights, trademarks, etc.) to use such content.
The user agrees not to upload any files that:
- infringe copyright or related rights,
- contain personal data of third parties without their consent,
- are illegal, defamatory, hateful, pornographic, or contrary to public order.
3.2 Prompts and Generated Text
The user is responsible for the content of prompts and texts they input or have generated by the AI. Any unlawful or non-compliant use is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims or actions by third parties resulting from non-compliance with these obligations (copyright infringement, privacy violations, etc.).
4. Limitation of Liability of the Platform
The Platform provides a technical service to generate videos from third-party and/or user content.
The Platform cannot be held liable for content uploaded, entered, or generated by users.
The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of AI-generated content or content imported from external libraries.
5. Payment and Billing
- 5.1 Paid options granting access to additional features are billed via Stripe.
- 5.2 Prices are indicated in [euros, VAT included] at the time of purchase.
- 5.3 No refunds are possible once the order has been placed.
- 5.4 Purchased options must be used within two (2) weeks from the date of purchase; after this period, they will be permanently lost with no possible refund.
6. Intellectual Property of the Platform
The technical, graphic, and textual elements belonging to the Platform remain the exclusive property of [Website name]. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
7. Suspension / Termination
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in the event of a breach of these T&Cs or unlawful use of the service.
8. Personal Data Protection
Data collected is processed in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR).
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the Platform’s registered office.
